I’m Christina and I’m so glad you’re here. :)

This space started as a way to stop texting the same three dessert recipes to my friends over and over again. Now, it’s grown into a fun space to document my love for baking and a touch of where science meets sweet treats (ex-science major).

I firmly believe that baking shouldn’t be intimidating or stressful. That’s why I spend my time testing, tweaking, and perfecting every single formula behind the scenes. I obsess over the details, from getting the perfect chewy cookie edge to the ultimate tender cake, so that when you turn on your oven, you can bake with confidence!
